Karolyn Pillay-Moodley

Karolyn is a hard-working, motivated and skilled Clinical Psychologist with a proven track-record in the Psychology Business. She always strives to achieve the highest standard possible, for any given task and in any situation. She is accustomed to working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, particularly when dealing with multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

Karolyn has been running her psychology practice for the past nine (9) years and has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. She specialises in the following services:

Karolyn also has several years of experience in facilitating soft skills training at both corporate and private levels. In addition to this she has extensive experience working in the forensic psychology field and work with the Department of Justice in the evaluation of criminal capacity for child offenders.


She has presented her research, A Family Systems Analysis of Child Murderers, at a colloquium in Johannesburg with the Medical Science Research Council.

Bonolo Mophosho

Bonolo Mophosho

Bonolo Mophosho is an HPCSA registered counselling psychologist qualified through the University of the Witwatersrand’s (Wits) Masters in Community-based Counselling psychology. She works with individuals; children, adolescents and adults, to assist with various life challenges.

Her work has included therapy in one-on-one as well as group settings in school, university as well as corporate settings. She was trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including; psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), client centered as well as solution-focused therapy. Bonolo works with individuals in psychotherapy and play therapy, as well as conducts psycho-educational and career assessments.

Bonolo completed her internship at Wits’ Counselling and Careers Development Unit (CCDU) working with students and members of the public, offering counselling and career services (career counselling and career assessments), and facilitating workshops on a variety of issues. The workshops included the topics of stress and time management, exam preparation, coping with failure, dealing with anxiety, self-esteem and sexuality. Bonolo has also worked in a high school setting, assisting adolescents through various challenges through individual therapy, conducting psycho-educational assessments as well as facilitating workshops. In the corporate environment Bonolo performed individual psychotherapy and group trauma debriefing.

Bonolo works with presenting problems including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment, marital problems, family and other relational problems, and academic challenges. She works eclectically in that each client is viewed individually in selecting the best suited therapeutic model.

Ruben Moodley

Ruben has a wealth of knowledge in the Insurance, Financial Services and Banking sector. He holds formal qualifications in Wealth Management and Electrical Engineering.

He is currently the Operations Manager at KPM Pscyh where is responsible for the following functions:

  • Management of the operational team
  • Recruitment
  • Training of all operational and administrative staff
  • Financial Management
  • Monitoring and measurement of all existing processes and analyzing the effectiveness of same
  • Strategy development to improve productivity and efficiency.
